ANNOUNCEMENTS

 

Liberty Learning Graduation Celebration: April 22nd at 10:00 a.m. in the

Cafetorium.

 

PTO Program - "Cyber Bullying, What Parents Need to Know" - Thursday May 7th.

Student Viewing of High School Play: May 8th at 10:00 a.m. in the Cafetorium. Tickets are $2 each.

 

Dinner Theater, Friday, May 8th, 6:30 p.m. in the Cafetorium:
Tickets are on sale in the office for $15 each.

Huntsville Space and Rocket Center Field Trip- Monday May 11th:

Field Day for K-5 - 6th Grade: Tuesday May 12th 1:00 p.m. till 2:30 p.m.

Spring Band Concert: Tuesday May 12th

Elementary Honors Assembly K-5th Grade: Wednesday May 13th at 9:00 a.m. in Cafetorium.

6th Grade Graduation:
Each parent should have received a letter regarding our 6th grade graduation. Although graduation is not until May 21st, we are busy preparing for this exciting event. A letter was sent out asking for specific information. This information should have been returned by April 10th. We still have no information on many of our students. It is critical that it be turned in immediately. We want this to be something you can all be proud to be a part of and that cannot be done without your information.

6th Grade Graduation: Thursday May 21st at 9:00 a.m. in the Cafetorium.

 

5th Grade Math:

  
Mid-Chapter Review, page 293 (Sections 7-1, 7-3, and 7-4)- Mid-Chapter Test- Wednesday April 22nd.

Section 7-5 Scales and Intervals, pages 294-298 and R19, Section 7-6 Bar Graphs, pages 299-305 and R19, and Section 7-7 Line Graphs, pages 306-311 and R20 - Test on all three Sections- Wednesday April 29th.

 

  

6th Grade Math:

 
Section 11-2 Adding Integers, pages 577-581 and 700 and Section 11-3 Subtracting Integers, pages 582-586 and 701 - Test on both Sections and Section11-1- Wednesday April 22nd.

Section 11-4 Multiplying Integers, pages 587-590 and 701 and Section 11-5 Problem Solving, pages 592-593 and 701 - Quiz on both Sections Tuesday April 28th.

Reading:

 

"A Gift for a Gift",  pages 558-561 and "The Gold Coin", pages 590-597 - Reading sentences due Thursday April 30th-- Vocabulary and Story Test --Friday May 1st.

 

AR: For those doing the "Double or Nothing" the first goal must be completed by- Friday April 24th. All students must reach their final goals by -Friday May 8th.
